Frequently asked questions

A head spa is a deeply relaxing and personalized experience designed to nurture both your scalp and your well-being. It’s more than just a treatment for your hair—it’s a moment of self-care. Through gentle scalp massages, deep cleansing, and the use of nourishing products, a head spa helps boost circulation, clear away impurities, and bring life back to your hair. Whether you’re dealing with dryness, buildup, hair thinning, or just want to unwind, a head spa treatment offers a soothing escape that leaves your scalp refreshed, your hair rejuvenated, and your mind completely relaxed.

Our head spa services are designed to provide a relaxing and therapeutic experience. However, for the safety and well-being of all clients, certain individuals may not be eligible to receive our treatments. Please notify us before your appointment if any of the following apply to you:

  • Received chemical hair treatments, such as dying and perms within the past 2 weeks.
  • Have braids, extensions, or synthetic hair.
  • Open wounds, skin infections, or contagious conditions
  • Severe allergies to any of the products used in our treatments
  • Recent head, neck, or spine injuries
  • Medical condition that could be exacerbated by the treatment

It would depend on your scalp condition. You may receive treatment as frequent as once a week.
